Added Pure Pk Area in the Wilderness![sep 7]

hey guys... i got a working pk area for low level pkers to have a blast in!!

Requirements are as follows: Combat Level 37 or under, and 1-20 defense.

To get into the Pure Pk Area you will Need to talk with King Percival infront of the stone head on Edgeville boardwalk.  Each Person Teleported into the Area will have a Random spot they come in at.
